About Timothy

Timothy Monroe is a 24 year old first generation racer from Elmwood, Illinois. Tim began his racing career at six years old, racing flat karts in central Illinois. He is currently pursuing his first ARCA Menards Series win, with an end goal of Fielding multiple cars in the ARCA Menards series and NASCAR Xfinity series under the TMR banner. Tim also has the goal of earning a national championship in Dirtcar UMP modifieds. After finding rapid success in Flat Karts, Outlaw Karts, and dirt modifieds with numerous podiums, wins, and track Championships, Tim has turned his focus to the realm of NASCAR. The 2023 and 2024 seasons were full of accomplishments, including:
 

- Numerous top 10`s as main engineer / setup guy at Fast Track Racing

      Including 3 out of 4 Fast Track cars in the top ten at Michigan in 2023

      (With the 4th being a Start and Park)
- 3 top 10 ARCA finishes in 2023

- 4 top 10`s in the modifieds in 2023

- 1 Podium at Lake View Motor Speedway in 2023

- 2 top 10`s in only 3 ARCA starts in 2024

- 5th place in American Racer Modifieds presented by Velocita-USA 2023 Championship

- 10th place in the 2023 ARCA Menards Championship
- 5th place in the 2023 ARCA East Championship

 

Timothy currently competes for Fast Track Racing in the ARCA Menards Series with his own short track car that TMR built from a bare chassis just before the ARCA race at Toledo in 2024 and his dirt track car that he bought from fast track after achieving multiple top 10s with the car. He also competes under TMR in 602 and UMP Dirt Modifieds along the east coast and mid-Atlantic region. By competing for multiple teams, in various types of cars, Tim's goal is to get as much seat-time as possible in order to hone his cars, skills, and to build upon his vast racing resume.
